Very accessible. - Room was very clean. - CR was huge and spotless. - Owner was accomodating and friendly.

Situé à Taipei, à 500 mètres des sources chaudes de Beitou, le Waterhouse propose des chambres climatisées et un salon commun. le personnel est attentif et attentionné, et les petit déjeuner sont copieux avec 3 thèmes différents. Nous avons surtout apprécié la situation de l'hôtel prés du centre ville mais très calme devant un parc style Japonais. Magnifiquement arborée, nous offrant des promenades extraordinaire le long d'une rivière. C'est un lieu ou l'on pratique les onsen ( bain thermal ) La chambre est petite mais avec beaucoup de charme.

Doté d’un spa, de sources chaudes et d’une piscine intérieure ouverte tout au long de l’année, l’Asia Pacific Hotel Beitou propose des hébergements haut de gamme avec une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite à... Chambre très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les différentes attentions dans la chambre (thés, biscuits, peignoirs...) Le personnel est très attentionné. Nous sommes arrivés après près de 14heures d'avion, tôt le matin. Ils ont néanmoins pu nous proposer une chambre plus tôt que l'horaire prévu. Une navette mis à disposition par l'hôtel permet de rejoindre sans frais les deux stations de beitou. Nous n'avons pas testé le spa et la piscine par manque de temps.

Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Hotel Royal Beitou offers accommodation in Taipei, 2.3 km from New Beitou Hot Spring. The service was phenomenal. At check-in, we were greeted, offered herbal tea, and asked to sit down while checking in. I speak a little Mandarin and the check-in manager very kindly humored me by speaking with me in that language, then seamlessly transitioning into excellent English when he knew my husband would benefit from hearing what he was saying and/or that the directions might be complicated for me to understand. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us detailed suggestions on things to do and where to have lunch, then gave us a map where he wrote down notes on how to get to the places he suggested. Another front-of-house employee showed us to our room and explained all its features as well as how to use the en suite hot spring bath and the the hotel communal hot springs facilities. We really enjoyed our hot spring bath, and loved exploring the area, which was all walk-able from the hotel. The room was very modern and had interesting features such as a table that nested under a counter until it was swung out into the room when needed. They also provided great drinks and snacks in the room, already included in the room rate. Breakfast was good, though we were a little confused by the format of being able to order and also going to the buffet. Overall, we loved this hotel and Xinbeitou, and it easily was the most relaxing part of our trip.

Wonderful staff, restaurants, onsen, location. We felt terribly pampared! Is a really wonderful place to stay to experience Beitou. The onsen with indoor and outdoor options, thoughtful design for relaxation, was so therapeutic. Definitely a place we would come back to.
