Staff were observant and considerate. They even prepared breakfast for take away when we checked out super early in the morning. Thumbs up for the service. Wonderful staff, restaurants, onsen, location. We felt terribly pampared! Is a really wonderful place to stay to experience Beitou. The onsen with indoor and outdoor options, thoughtful design for relaxation, was so therapeutic. Definitely a place we would come back to.
