This hotel was amazing! We arrived quite early because of our early flight, but they were able to check us in early so we could rest in our room. The breakfast was sumptuous with great selection. It wasn't a buffet, but you could pick out a main dish with unlimited side dishes such as juices, pastries, fruits, and yoghurt - more than enough to fuel the start of the day. Every afternoon, there are complimentary snacks and coffee by the lobby, and there is always free wine every late afternoon, making it a great way to relax and fully enjoy the experience in the hotel. The location is great - tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but so accessible to the main road and to public transportation.

Boasting a rooftop swimming pool with great city views, Hotel Proverbs Taipei is sitting in Daan District, a short 5-minute walk from MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station and MRT Zhongxiao Dunhua Station. loved the room design. The location was great and the service excellent. the Staff was very helpful. For sure I will go back if I go to Taipei again. The views of the room were also very nice. A lot of small cafes and restaurants around.

The personal was so nice, friendly and professional, the rooms were so clean, the view was so beautiful!

The outside looks quite boring but the inside of the hotel is very nice and cosy. The family room we booked was very comfortable and big enough for the four of us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was in my opinion above average for this type of hotel, with a very wide range of options, and everything was very fresh and well prepared. The swimming pool is also great - it surely doesn't have the charm of a rooftop pool but is very convenient, quite big, and our kids had a lot of fun.
