However , during our stay , we had a horrible experience on 24/12/23 early morning around 4:20am , which the emergency alarm in the room was triggered twice ; after we call the receptionist , was told that “may be someone “ accidentally touch the emergency alarm that it was triggered for the whole hotel rooms. That doesn’t make sense if only one of the room guess has some emergency case , how can the emergency alarm triggered in every rooms ? Anyway. After that I can’t sleep back again.

The staff spoke great English, and attended to my needs genuinely. Even when I had to leave earlier than expected, they were accomodating and refunded me the remaining nights. Will visit again.

It's a little old for Taipei but it's well maintained and convenient to the MRT to Haneda Airport. Two well-established restaurants are also within walking distance. China Pa is a few blocks away and Brace Monkey is nearly across the street. Staff is professional, and I would definitely recommend it.
