We were welcomed with a much needed hot drink and hot towel whilst we checked in - the lobby smelled amazing! Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we required and we loved the Google Chrome and Dyson hair dryer. All the staff were wonderful and we will definitely look to stay in another Nobu location in the future.

This all-suites hotel is located in the city’s West Loop neighborhood in downtown Chicago and offers free hot breakfast and free WiFi. Excellent location, everything was neat and welcoming. Loved how warm the employees (Anette and Beto) were during breakfast which was tasty and decently varied (scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, bakery, yoghurt, oatmeal, juices, coffee and tea). I could receive packages from online purchases with no hassle even if away for the day. Kitchenette was super conveniente for homey fast meals. Public transportation is super close and accesible. Drip coffee available all day long. Free laundry self service was super useful during my week long stay.

Just 1 mile away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this Chicago hotel is located in downtown West Loop neighborhood and features a fitness centre and... Staff was helpful and friendly when we asked all the touristy questions. Breakfast was awesome and a great way to start our morning!

Everything was amazing. The staff was superb. The facility was immaculate. The parking garage was covered, warm, and safe.

Hotel Chicago West Loop is located in the middle of the UIC Medical District, only 600 metres from the United Center. Everything was perfect needed to be close to United Center and the room was perfect for one night stay.

Moments from the United Center, home to the Chicago Bulls, this hotel offers easy access to city centre attractions along with on-site dining, comfortable guestrooms and a 24-hour fitness centre. Location was the best! A lot of good restos around the area. Safe to walk the streets. They were so nice to prepare bananas and some protein bars for the Chicago Marathon runners. Staff were also very accommodating. Bed was good, room was clean.
