The hotel style was different from the norm big 5 star hotel. This makes the attention more personalized, which is very nice. The best part was their concierge Hector, he come out of his was to make people feel comfortable. his predisposition to attend the customers I very much hope is valued by the hotel’s management.

This hotel is very nice and charming, the rooms were confortable. The staff was very attentive and helpfull. Breakfast and the pâtisseries in particular were great, though we wished there had been some bread too. great hôtel !

Once home to Charlie Chaplin, this historical hotel is centrally located in West Hollywood. This place is an absolute hidden gem, very close to Melrose. Amazing to stay in this hidden bungalows, and to think about such a rich history and all the stars that stay here. We did not want to go, this place is wonderful

Access to a huge state of the art gym. Good bar. large clean rooms.

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The location of the restaurant was excellent and made good for meeting up with someone I was visiting.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Sunset Strip, the Andaz West Hollywood - a Concept by Hyatt features onsite dining and a rooftop pool. The pool and playlist here are the stars of the show. The staff are incredible and very accomodating. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Montrose at Beverly Hills is located in a quiet West Hollywood neighborhood, just 0.5 mi from the famous Sunset Strip. The hotel offers a rooftop pool terrace with a pool, a tennis court, and cabanas.... Location was FANTASTIC - very central. Hotel was well kept with stylish decor. Staff was very kind and engaged. I would definitely stay again.
