Exceptional location, great staff (Eldin was very helpful solving mattress issues), comfortable beds, very clean. The hotel building perfectly resembles the Arc deco architecture style. Great rooftop pool area. We had a late flight, late check-out wasn't availbale but the staff kindly offered to use pool area to stay, use showers, etc.

Restaurants near the beach tend to be pricey, so I suggest trying Burgermeister Brickell, pizza next to burgurhouse , which is just a 6-minute walk away. For a more convenient transportation experience, think about obtaining a 7-day or a public transport card at the airport if your card doesn't allow you to purchase bus tickets. If you're from the USA, you can simply tap your bank card when entering the bus, similar to other cities. Using cash can be challenging because bus drivers often don't have change. To reach your booked room, take bus 150 from the airport, and it will drop you off near the bus stop closest to your accommodation. It's not advisable to try to explore both Florida City and Miami Beach in a single day. If you want to explore the city, leave Miami Beach early, preferably before 8 am. You can skip the breakfast in the guest room; it's not worth it. Instead, head out early to explore the city, and you can enjoy drinks like beer, wine, or water by the beach at night. Don't overlook bringing your own shampoo and conditioner since the ones provided by the host might not be sufficient or of good quality. Keep in mind that South Beach is just behind the guest house, so there's no need to search on Google and walk a long distance to find it. Enjoy your stay.
