Helaida (I think) the waitress at breakfast time is so kind and helpful. She does her job excellent!!! The supervisor has also been very helpful and she is really kind. I worked in the lobby when I checked out and watched the staff interact with others, and they were so friendly. We had an accessible queen room, so it was larger than the regular, so it worked out great.

It was the smallest room I've ever been in but it had all the necessities. The bathroom was nice and clean. They had netflix guest account so I enjoyed watching "3 body problem". The bed was super comfy, and the front desk staff was really nice. He gave me a water bottle while I was waiting for the room to be ready. It's close to the train station and there are good food to grab and eat at the hotel. I had K.O. burger right around the corner and it was pretty decent.

This New York City hotel is located in Chinatown, 500 metres to Little Italy. Every guest room offers a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and free WiFi. A 24-hour front desk is provided for guests. Excellent location and SO quiet! I opened the window and forgot I was in New York with the golden silence that greeted me. Comfortable bed and clean lovely room with plenty of towels, the staff at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and were so welcoming on check-in. My new favourite place to stay in New York!

I was with low expectations and loved every second. They asked a taxi for us to go to a gospel church in Brooklyn and it was an amazing experience. We left our baggages for free after the check-out and everything went well.
