My stay was pleasant and staff was courteous. On request, they have extended the check out time as well and definately will recommend others as well.

City Hall Park is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Centrally located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, Smyth is nestled in the heart of Tribeca. the staff was very good, the hotel was great, perfect location and good size of the room

The room is very spacious and the views are fantastic. It’s totally worth getting the club access rooms, you have access to drinks and snacks and breakfast. I love the location. Walking distance to so many things and right next to the subway. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The location was great. We walked to all our destinations, within 30 mins. Battery Park we took a train and walked to World Trade Memorial, Little Italy, and Chinatown.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and very clean.Also the staff at the front door were friendly and accommodating.We were also able to leave our luggage with them since we had a late flight. Would absolutely come back!
