The property was centrally located and easily accessible to public transport in the city and surroundings. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, well-proportioned and comfortable.

The location was great, 10 min walk to the Ferry Building and 5 min to Chinatown. The room was gorgeous with a cool classic look. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was outstanding, they were on top of our needs and offered great recommendations and insights about any question we had.

Famed bars, an awe-inspiring crystal chandelier restaurant, a fitness area and a glass dome indoor pool are featured at this landmark Financial District Palace. Staff is amazing all around. Facilities are old, but everything works and nothing seems run down or overused. They take really good care of this property and all of the details.

Each of them provided a warm welcome and were helpful and attentive to every question or request ("i'd like a sunny room"; "I left my key in my room"; etc.). The rooms were also comfy and clean and I liked the refillable water bottles.
