The hotel was in fantastic condition and looked as though it had just undergone a superb renovation. upon arrival we were immediately met by incredible customer service and the offer of local sights and attractions. The rooms were spacious and trendy, possessing a great deal of space and French style floor to ceiling windows. We ate breakfast in the hotels restaurant and the chicken noodles were A+. They were incredibly tasty and exceptionally well priced. Anh, a staff member, went above and beyond for my family while we stayed at this accomodation and his customer service can not be applauded more. I would personally recommend coming to this hotel and staying for as long as you can.

The hotel is amazing, indoor and outdoor pools are amazing. The area for kids is pretty good too and the gym is also top of the line. they might put some more machines to train lower body though. Ah the food, that is really good, if someone get here order the pasta, yes the pasta is good not only the vietnamese food is amazing. The burger needs some salt in the meat though

The room and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, they helped us with all our tours in Halong Bay and transfer to Hanoi seamlessly. Will go back again.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Not too soft and not too hard and the pillows were perfect. A lamp by the bed and sockets which is something not many hotels have. TV was connected to YouTube so was fun to watch on a big screen for once and TV also had English channels. Each room had their own router so WIFI was fast. Good breakfast with a selection to order as well as a couple of bits on the buffet table such as watermelon, a bit of cake and cereal.
