The property was easy to find and it was very clean. Check in was flexible. We stayed two nights and they cleaned the room after the first night as well. Shower was amazing, with plenty of hot water! We will rebook for sure! Highly recommended.

Good location overall & about 15-20 min walk away from center. If you're looking for something further away from the Old Quarter noises this would be an option. I like that the place is inside an alley & not street front. There're plenty of food options around. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was exactly like the photos. Pretty happy with the services too.

From the workers to the location "for us" away from noise and traffic but close enough to commute. Price for what we received was great. Breakfast was great and diverse, room service was the best.

The location is ideal, but the quality of the staff made it something else. Attentive, friendly, warm, coupled with excellent facilities, if we ever return to Hanoi it will be our first choice. Great stay !
