The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the public areas are fantastic, and so it the food. And what really sets this hotel aside from other hotels we have stayed in, is the level of service - very very excellent. I would go to Hanoi again only to stay here.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city - it made for the perfect home base for all our city explorations. The staff were so wonderful, warm and welcoming and the rooms gorgeous and so comfortable with beautiful views overlooking the city. Breakfast spread was delicious! Can’t wait to return and highly recommend for everyone to come and stay when you visit Hanoi.

I was surprised with everything at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile and ready to help you when needed. Room is clean. Everything is carefully prepared, there is nothing to complain about when staying at this hotel. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and encourage everyone to book a room here.

The staffs are very friendly and everything in this apartment is new. The room is very spacious. The market is just 3mins walk from apartment, can buy everything from it and cook if you love cooking. Feels like home and safe

Hanvet Hotel Ha Noi asub Hanois, 3,1 km kaugusel Ha Noi raudteejaamast. Hotellist avaneb vaade linnale. Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.

The staff was really helpful, friendly, and super supportive. The room was nice and clean. location was not too far away from the center. A morning walk by the park nearby was perfect!
