The service was incredible, the host was willing to help in any way, giving us advice for the park and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. The tents were warm and cozy, and the location is perfect! Easy access to the park and beautiful views to wake up to.

Nos quedamos en las dos unidades del Isla Yu, antes y después de hacer el circuito W del Torres del Paine, y nos pareció genial. Las habitaciones muy comodas, los baños limpios, el desayuno pudimos comer tempranito antes de salir al parque, y a parte pasamos navidad con Jimmy y los voluntários, estuvo muy lindo.

The tent includes a shared bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The tent has a barbecue, outdoor furniture and river views. The dome is great, although a bit cold at night. The staff is great, the location is amazing. The on-site restaurant is the best in the area in price/quality terms, even when staying in other places it's worth to come here (like twice cheaper for the same quality).
