I just didn't want to leave... I regret to have stayed only 1 night but as 1st time and maybe last in Japan we didn't want to miss any other city during our holiday trip. The man owner (I guess) was very nice and friendly. He even bring us once to à coach station on his way. Very kind of him. The kitchen with the barbecue and tv was super nice too. Don't forget to bring your meat or food, as we did the same day, from Osaka before we arrive but bare in mind that the kitchen provide all cutleries, cooking oil, coffee, sugar, boiler and tea for free. Also, shampoo and soap. The glamping tent was very big, clean and beautiful. They are a lot of bikes from the hotel that you can use for free. We used it with my husband and my young daughter. We really enjoyed driving from the glamping to the lake Kawagachi using the small kind of village street (around 10minutes) with this beautiful view of Fuji and blossom flowers. There is also from the lake a nice bike way next to te river where you can drive safely instead of staying on the car road if you want to drive until the center but it will a bit far, i guess around 30minutes or more... We stop earlier but it was still amazing. Please check my pics. I also like the small mini forest next to the hotel. We were feeling like in an fairy world as I was imaginating when I was younger reading books but it is my personal opinion... We were lucky to see Mont Fuji during the 2 days but be aware that it is possible to don't see it at all so if it is really a dream to see it and that you are coming from far make sure it is sunny or try to stay more days..

This tent features a kitchenware, lake view and dining area. Offering lake views, つながるキャンプリゾートQOONEL+ is an accommodation located in Fujikawaguchiko, 5.2 km from Lake Kawaguchi and 7.5 km from Fuji-Q... The staff was very fast at responding to messages, they were quick to adjust to our delay and were very helpful on our arrival. We recommend trying the local grape juice while watching the sunset and the breakfast package is a great way to start the next day! It would be a great addition to the food menu if the BBQ package offered a vegetarian option, and/or chicken meat only :) Overall, the facilities are very spacious and clean and the view is spectacular - wake up just before the sunrise and witness the magical colors fill the sky around mt. Fuji! One thing to note is that during the autumn season there were a few stinkbugs(?) that made it inside the sleeping area. So if you're a bit squeamish with bugs make sure to do a thorough check before going to sleep ;) We were very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back some day!

Situated 9.3 km from Lake Kawaguchi, GRAN TOCORO. RESORT&GLAMPING offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Gran Tocoro was phenomenal. Everything was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The food was incredible, but come very hungry (if you ordered the meal) because there was a TON of food. The sauna was such a great addition and really added to our experience. The staff was so accommodating they even drove us into town when we missed the shuttle. They also provided luggage forwarding for us with ease.
