- friendly host and very helpful: i arrived too early but she allowed me to check in early and have rest after ling flight. - great location: few steps from tram station “mina sahily” and marina dubai, 24 hrs pharmacy, 24 hrs carrefour store, coffee shops, beauty salon, etc.. - nice facilities: i booked only 1 bed but i had access yo use the kitchen and living room beside the building facilities such as free gym , swimming pool and jacuzzi, balcony with nice view

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza super cool all'XVA Art Hotel a Dubai! Il personale è stato super gentile fin dal nostro arrivo, e l'atmosfera è elegante ma rilassata. Le camere? Una parola: wow! Comode e stilose, con un tocco artistico che le rende uniche. La pulizia è top! L'arte ovunque è il punto forte. Quadri e sculture da artisti locali e internazionali danno a questo posto un'atmosfera super creativa. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Dubai. Abbiamo avuto un tempo fantastico e consigliamo vivamente l'XVA Art Hotel a chiunque voglia un mix di cultura, lusso e relax!

Very close to everything. 0-24 non-stop cheap shops just a few meters away. Tram , metro, beach, restaurants are walking distance too. Nitu our host was a very nice gentleman, we felt at home , he is really into solve anything you ask for. Appreciate your help, thank you! The place is not the most modern, but you have everything, it is clean, no cockroaches, no mold, we were at the 35th floor. I highly recommend if you dont want to stay at a luxurious place and the price matters. During our stay the other two rooms was in use but we didnt hear a noise as they were normal people.
