The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. The room was very modern and luxurious with a clean and large bathroom. The double bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with bedsheets and towels changed. There were plenty of power sockets and a modern TV. They supply coffee capsules which can be used with the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was really helpful - we had a minor issue in one of the rooms which was resolved quickly. Even though the apartment is located further away from the center, there was frequent public transport as well as parking spaces.

The location is 20 minutes walk from the main cinemas, as we were there for the San Sebastian International Film Festival. Our pension was nest to university accommodation which made it a very safe place. Plenty of restaurants & bars close by.

Really lovely stay at Garibai. Perfect for what we needed. Coffee and tea service 24/7. Staff arranged for an early check in. Quiet, comfortable, and perfect location.

The location is extremely convenient. I found the room clean, cobfortable and quiet. I had a very good night sleep. I appreciated the self check in option, as I arrived late in the evening. The closeness to the public car park and the reduced rate available to me as a guest of the Pension was also a plus. Ruth, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I would gladly come back and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was excellent. Close to everything right in middle of Old Town area and about a 15 minute walk from bus station. The staff were very helpful; making recommendations for places to eat and things to see and do while in San Sebastián.

Located in a very good, quiet and safe part of the city in a modern apartment building, with good access to street parking. Close walk to the beach and bay. Staff/owner very polite and helpful, always willing to provide information. Very nice service. The room was very clean, with southern windows overlooking the green inner square.
