We were so happy with this Hostal. From the minute we arrived the family made us so welcome and helped us practice our Spanish. They gave us help with bus stops, ordered taxis and their coffee and pastries from the family bakery were wonderful too. Such a great stay thank you.

The room was big, high ceilings. The bathroom was very nice, with a big bath and great products (shampoo, good hairdryer, bathrobe…) Location was amazing and very quiet.

Katie and Leon are wonderful people, super attentive to their guests, as well as being really fun to be with. The entire house has just been neatly refurbished with repurposed antiques, very modern, neat, and careful decoration over in what seems to have once been a modernist house. It is about a 10 minute walk to La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and el Oceanográfico, super worth it Valencian landmark.

I loved how much care Adrian and his lovely wife put into this location which is just 15 minutes away on foot from Colon (a main transport connection point for Valencia). Their recommendations really contributed to a better visiting experience too. Their spotlessly clean place has everything a traveler might need: a comfortable bed, an air conditioning system which allows you to set a perfect temperature, a mini-fridge for late night snacks and even some tea & cookies for times of cravings. The breakfast room is accessible from 6-10 everyday and there are just 4-5 tables, but the accommodation venue is small, so it's never crowded. The breakfast items are fresh, delicious and on the sweet side: freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, cookies, cereal & milk, jam & butter, but there's some yoghurt or melted cheese as well. Their coffee is great! I also arrived late & left very early, so it was easier with the self-check-in & check-out process. I'll definitely book them again whenever I'm in Valencia!

it was really a great stay! the hotel is located in the heart of Valencia. the room was impeccably clean, the interior was stylish, and there was everything we needed. also, no noise from the street, or from the neighbours. the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

We were working from Valencia for some time and the internet in the hotel was really fast and not buggy which was the most important thing for us. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There is also a bike rental and you can book a taxi to the airport and both of these services were smooth and convenient.
