Easy check-in and check-out. The bed is so comfortable and all are so clean. The towels and linen had a good smell.

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The room was modern and clean. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Zadar. The location is perfect and calm, just a short walk downhill to the old town.

Room was clean and comfortable with excellent view from the terrace at the sea. Great location, close to Beach, Restaurants and Bus stop (5,8) around the corner. Very friendly and helpful owner.

The room is like a studio, except there is no kitchen. Everything you need is there, the small fridge, TV, water boiler, plates, cups, etc. The owner provides tea/instant coffee. Everything is clean and well maintained. It's about 10 min to walk to the bridge to the old town.

Our stay in The Lion Rooms was perfect. Comfortable bed, AC unit, clean bathroom, big wardrobe and a mini fridge. Great for those who do not cook on vacation, if you know what I mean)) Location is also wonderful! 15m from the nearest beach, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity. Our flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, it was very late, yet our driver waited for us still. PS: a bottle of wine🍷also waited us ;)

The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean with ocean view. Check in was very easy. The building is old without elevator. But the apartment/room was renovated and very new.
