Situated in Atami in the Shizuoka region with Atami Sun Beach nearby, 熱海温泉 実の別荘 features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. When we arrived (which was late due to traffic) we were greeted by the enthusiasm of the host, he helped us with parking and was very excited to show us the place. We felt very welcome. There are private bathrooms which you can book to bath with your friends/family, one of the best thing about this little gem in Atami:) I was surprised by the cleanliness and the comfort level here. it’s a newly refurbished building, it has three floors with a spacious living room/common room on the second floor which is shared by all the customers here. The room comes with a standard toilet and a shower and quite spacious overall. The tatami bed is comfy. Other reviews complained about the location, but because we drive we think it is an amazing spot! It’s 3 min drive from the famous shrine, and 5 minute to the ginza where there is lots of restaurants and shops. You can also see the fireworks display in the living room if you come on the right times:) We didn’t get the youthful and energetic host’s name, but thank you so much we had a great time staying!!

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í Shimoda, í 600 metra fjarlægð frá Nabetahama-ströndinni. Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Owner did his best to provide with all the necessary info and support. Free Disney+ and Amazon Prime to watch in the launge!

Eat&Stay ROMEY er staðsett í Suruga Ward-hverfinu í Shizuoka, 12 km frá Rengejiike Park Fuji Festival og 50 km frá Shizuoka Stadium ECOPA. Það er með útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. Wow! Amazingly friendly hosts, beautiful location, yoga mats, a hammock, a bicycle to use, clean rooms, and all round wonderful experience. Oceanside views The hosts took me to a wonderful dinner (probably the best one I've had so far in Japan) and taught me how to write haikus. They explained lots of nuisances and generally gave off the best vibes a traveller could ask for. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and kindness, if I ever return to Japan I will 100% be staying here again.

Facing the seafront, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 is a ryokan providing a 2-star accommodation in Higashiizu. It features a private beach area, garden and private parking. Easy to find and in a very nice location. Hosts are very kind and helpful!! They went above and beyond to help out, even giving us a ride to the station when it was raining.

Guesthouse SORA er staðsett í aðeins 42 km fjarlægð frá Koibito Misaki-höfða og býður upp á gistirými í Minamiizu með aðgangi að garði, sameiginlegri setustofu og sameiginlegu eldhúsi. Everything was so neat and tidy. The owner was so kind and everyone staying was so friendly.

KiūjálfunOhama-ströndin er í aðeins 3 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Oli Oli Guesthouse í Shimoda og býður upp á verönd og bar. Gististaðurinn er 7 km frá Shirahama Ohama-ströndinni. It was at a great location, the host was very nice and smiling. The service was great

JOYinn er staðsett í Izu Kogen og býður upp á ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Boðið er upp á ókeypis skutluþjónustu til og frá Izu-Kogen-stöðinni. Excellent place with amazing service! Apart from 1)the glorious ocean view(the host upgraded our room into one with ocean view) 2)free pick up from nearby places, which many comments have already mentioned, what I really appreciated is that the host was really trying to make our stay more pleasant. There was no toothbrush cup when we first got there, and my friend left her toothbrush on the table when we went out. When we went back she found her toothbrush put in a lovely small toothbrush cup. That was so sweet! The place itself was very nice as well, the weather was pretty good during our stay and we saw many stars at night, perfect place for getting away from the cities and enjoying nature.

Guest House Tokiwa býður upp á rúm í svefnsal og einkaherbergi í japönskum stíl á viðráðanlegu verði, ókeypis WiFi, sameiginlega setustofu og sameiginlegt eldhús. The owner was very kind and helpful. He took us to Yamato Transport Office and help us to communicate with the staff. Thank you very much. Moreover the CEO (Daruma the dog) was very friendly. He welcomed us with warm greetings. Definately come back.

J-Garden er með tennisvöll, garð og einkavarmabað, í 11 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Tomito-höfninni. Gististaðurinn er með kaffihús og heitan pott og herbergin eru með heitt vatn á baðherberginu. Great hospitality. Super cosy. Unique place.
