I was impressed by his humanity, his capacity to listen, to empathize and take the necessary steps to provide assistance. Thank you so much Hector for a job extremely well done!!! I actually re-booked for an additional stay due to Hector's superior customer service skills - I felt listened and understood by the personnel. I also connected with Patricia. I saw her working at the Front Desk almost every day - she patiently answered all my questions. They say a place it's made by its people (employees). You are one of these, RESA. The hostel is 2 minutes by foot from the beach, perfect place to work remotely with plenty of plugs even on the rooftop! Beautiful view of the beach and the mountains around. The staff is super friendly and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Everything was super clean (they were cleaning toilets, floor and the kitchen everyday multiple times a day).

The hostel was maintained clean every day. I also like that under beds there are small lockers where you are able to put your things safely. Staff was helpful all the time and I felt very welcomed to stay in this property.

Beautiful modern facilities in an old building and charming and friendly staff. Resembled more a 4-star hotel than a "hostel". The huge windows illuminated everything and reflected the energy of the whole city. The pictures on booking are extremely accurate.
