The staff were super friendly from the start, there’s free coffee and lots of hammocks to relax in. The double room with balcony was really gorgeous- big enough for a hammock. Fan in room which was definitely needed. The kitchen was big and well stocked. Shower was hot.

Great location in the nice neighborhood of San Antonio. The host was very caring, giving us a lot of information, the bedroom was really nice with the air conditioning that was a real plus. We would definitely recommend !!

I’ve been traveling South America for the last 5 months and this was definitely my favorite hostal. Adolfo and Ana (the owners) welcomed everyone like one of the family. I felt so much at home that I ended up staying a week instead of the 3 days initially planned. The breakfast was always nice. The location is perfect. The hostal has a huge terrace with a view over Cali. Great value for money. I could not recommend it more :)

Mempunyai lounge bersama dan teras, Helena Hostel berlokasi di Cali, 1,7 km dari Teater Jorge Isaacs dan 18 menit jalan kaki dari Taman Pan-American. Elena is a wonderful host who treats her guests like family. She invited me to share a New Year's dinner with her family. Her place is safe, super clean and very comfortable. She is attentive and helpful. This hostel is a no-brainer for any foreigner visiting Cali. The location is wonderful, right beside an artist community and close to stores and restaurants.

The owners and staff were very accomodating. We had to travel on a moments notice and when we arrived we were cared for as if we were family. They truly made a stressful time much easier to bear.
