Set about 2 km from central Sunne, in a building dating from 1910, Gylleby Vandrarhem offers free WiFi. Communal facilities include a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The hostess was extremely friendly. She corrected an error that would have led to a higher than correct charge (we had been referred to as 3 people whereas we were 2). She made us feel welcome by talking friendly and by giving information about the possibility for bicycling, and telling us about the limited opening hours of the attractions we were about to visit. The house (plus garden, plus outdoor Tables, plus giga kitchen, plus giga lunch, plus nice teahouse) is magnificent.

This family-owned hostel is set along the Rottnan River, 15 km from the indoor Torsby Ski Tunnel. It offers free Wi-Fi, 2 guest kitchens, as well as a communal TV lounge and outdoor grill hut. This is a special place - don't miss it! I had the privilege to stay in the cosy family room, next to the spacious terrace where you could sit in the evening (even in late September) to listen to the sounds of the adjoining woods and river. The camping site itself offers all kinds of nooks and corners so you will have your privacy wherever you decide to stay. Not to speak of the amazing breakfast! The owners are really kind, and they have managed to create an auratical place which does breathe a spirit of quiet, rest and silence. Seriously, don't miss this place

Little rooms, showers and toilets were clean, staff responded very quickly when needed. Beds were comfy which was important for us.
