Beautiful and peaceful place, far enough from the crowds but not so far from the beach by motorbike. You can rent a motorbike directly at your accommodation, ask in Anjar. Anjar, the owner, is the kind of person you are really happy to meet on your trip. Perfect from the start to the end of your stay. He comes directly to the pier and takes you through your accommodation and does the same when you leave, free of charge. He is always available to give you advice and help, always smiling. Recently stayed at this hostel and honestly it was my best stay in Thailand. Staff is amazing and always willing to help. The place is always clean and very good environment overall at the hostel. I felt really happy here. The facilities also offer free drinking water which is very nice. The location is perfect, close to the center and if u need something you can talk to the staff and they will arrange it.

The service provided by the staff and most of all Jerome were excellent. We got all what we requested and even the additional free breakfasts. All hotel is super clean, the cleaners are passing regularly and do a good job. The swimming pool is using a salted water system, which is ecological and free of chemical substances. The family room with big bunk beds for the children and living room with small kitchenette and TV was very comfortable. The kitchen and playing room (with board games) on the first floor. The coffee is just one floor down. Nice hotel beach and nearby beaches were excellent and clean. Free kayaks and paddle board provided by hotel. Good jogging routes around the hotel. Massage place and local restaurants nearby the hotel.

Located in Bangrak, Samui Backpacker Hotel is a 1-minute walk from a pier that can take guests to Ko Phangan and the famous full moon parties. The beds are comfy, the Aircon works great, owners were super extra lovely, great size pool. Has everything you need.

There are some nice restaurants nearby to have breakfast and there is a laundryplace nextdoor. The hostel is on the less busy side of the island which is great but it also means that if you want to go to a nightmarket it is a 30min drive
