The reception staff were very polite and courteous and helpful. On our last day, it was raining so hard but the staff member helped us book a taxi in the rain and escorted us to the taxis outside. Just cross the road and walk straight to enter from the back side entrance. Please refer to the pictures I attached here. This is where you need to exit from Shin-Osaka and walk towards the hotel. The hotel is an old property that has been renovated so the design and interiors are still like old Japanese hotels. It is not bad though. Space is sufficient for 2 people.
