チェックイン時に少しトラブルがあったのですが、丁寧にご確認いただき、無事に入室できました。このほかにも従業員の方々の対応が全体的に丁寧で、とても好印象でした。 新横浜駅までアクセスが良い上、無料でつく朝食もおいしかったです。非常に快適に過ごせて、満足度が高いです。
