It is an incredible experience. The room is gorgeous. The staff incredible and the food delicious. The excursions are unbelievable especially the full day canyon walk and the full day horse ride. Nothing to change. We really recommend !!!

The staff were exceptional and really helped make our stay as special as possible. The activities were great and well priced. A special thanks to all of the staff including: Dolores, Madeline, Facundo (and his sister!), Nico, Tom and all of the other staff including the super-friendly young guy (whose name we cannot recall) but whose debut season is clearly going well!

It was clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, modern washroom with lots of hot water. Our room had a lovely view over the Lago Argentino and town of El Calafate. Susana, the host, is wonderful. She's friendly, accommodating and was very helpful with our travel questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
