El Cortijo Hotel is a colonial house transformed into a boutique hotel, in the village of Cachi, Salta. It offers pleasant rooms with traditional Argentinean décor and a gourmet restaurant. What a gem! The magic strikes as soon as you open the door: from the friendly staff to the extremely tasteful decoration and touches to the beautiful plants/garden and swimming pool area. It’s not big but feels spacious. Rooms had the pefect size and we also had a stunning view on the Andes mountains. Very comfortable beds!

Viñas de Cafayate. Wine Resort is surrounded by vineyards and offers authenticity with it´s colonial style architecture and design. Great location on a rise in front of a vineyard. We had a room with a view and was great value. This room was large with a covered patio on the view side. Breakfast was good, dinner offerings were good as well. The pool is large and has an attendant ready to supply wine, other beveriges and snacks. Very large and private grounds. There is a winery well within walking distance offering tours, lunch and tastings. A bit further down the road by car is Finca Los Neubes. A great place for a relaxed vineyard lunch.

Patios De Cafayate offers rooms in a former colonial house, with views across the Calchaquí Valley vineyards. There is an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas. I think this is the best hotel we have stayed in recently. Aesthetics, style, tranquility! Very beautiful! There is a delicious restaurant on site, and we also took advantage of the massage salon! For children there is a children's room and a playground! But most importantly, there is a stable on the territory and you can ride horses among the vineyards! We are delighted! We will definitely come back again!
