What really made the stay so special was the very kind staff who took care of me when I turned up after hiking four hours in the rain. This family-run hotel enjoys a very quiet location in the spa zone of Warmbad Villach, a 10-minute walk away from the spa and thermal centre, and a 15-minute walk from the old town of Villach. If I could give it more stars I would. Everything was great, staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They cleaned and organized our room everyday even though we were staying just for 3 days. Breakfast is great, like open bufe but they prepare for you fresh eggs on the way you like it. Some small details like chocolate on your bed everyday and fresh breakfast were the things that exceeded our expectations. I will definitely go back and I recommend to everyone.

Centrally located in the main square of Villach, this 4 star hotel features a bar and a terrace. Everything was fantastic. Receptionist was very kind and wanted to help with everything. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacefool. The hotel is in the city centre. We would defenitily come again.
