The apartment is well located, super clean with eveything you could possibly need. What really made the stay so special was the very kind staff who took care of me when I turned up after hiking four hours in the rain. They went above and beyond to ensure my gear was dry and ready to go for the next day!

Altstadthotel Mosser este un hotel istoric fermecător situat chiar în centrul orașului Villach, la doar câțiva pași de centrul de congrese, de gară și de autogară. I loved the romantic atmosphere of the hotel and the cozy single room. Everything was spotless clean and worked well. I had a very short stay, but I would really liked to stay longer. The personnel (Daniela) was very friendly, accommodated a last-minute change of date and waited for my late arrival, even if we had agreed on automatic key delivery. The location is very central and suited well my need for a short stopover near the train station

This modern 4-star superior hotel is located in the centre of Villach, right by the Drau River and only a few steps away from the main square. The way the hotel cares about its guests is the best I have seen ever! I had a non-refundable reservation, but could not travel at the day of my reservation. Voco allowed me to transfer my reservation for a later date. The staff of the hotel helped me with a transfer to a ski resort and was very considering and supportive
