Located in Wals on the green outskirts of Salzburg, Hotel Gabi has an outdoor pool and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a balcony. Parking is free of charge. Everything was excellent, the room, the wellness, the pools, all the other premises were very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. What I would highlight is the coffee and the quality and quantity of breakfast, everything one can desire.

A lovely small hotel in a beautiful location, by a small river. Modern, nicely styled, functional rooms. Excellent wellness center, including a well-equipped fitness room. Amazingly-rich breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, including the owners, Melanie and Andreas, and the receptionist, Eva, and in fact, everyone. Easy access to the main roads to Austria and Germany and 10 minutes drive to the airport, all without traffic jams.

The room was very spacious, beds really comfy, the breakfast was delicious and the free access to the spa area with saunas and whirlpool was a wonderful bonus which I had forgotten about, so it was a really nice surprise. About half an hour from Salzburg by car, so ideal if you want to explore the city but also the countryside. Would definitely recommend!
