Hotel bastante nuevo con buenos servicios, como piscina al aire libre gimnasio y spa con personal joven y amable. Desayuno aceptable, a pesar de la poca variedad que hay, si que hay una excelente calidad en los productos. Su ubicación es buena, pero alejada del núcleo urbano y en una pendiente un poco difícil de subir. Si quieres tomar algo, tienes que andar 15 minutos. Para el remonte mas cercano, cuentan con un servicio de transporte a ciertas horas. Coctel de bienvenida y la posibilidad de hacer el chek in on-line .

This is amazing place and we loved everything! We arrived late, but key box was arranged for us and we could enter our room really quickly. Breakfast was very generous with hot choices available tailored to your own choice. Family room was very comfortable, stylish and well arranged. We loved sanarium and sauna and possibility to go straight to the snow. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!

Desde que entramos al hotel todo fue una maravilla, nos ayudó con el check-in el chef Patrick, encantador y divertido. Nos acompañó a nuestra habitación.. absolutamente increíble con unas vistas impresionantes. Nos habían dejado una nota de bienvenida en castellano (Bianca la recepcionista, todo un detalle). Cenamos allí .. todo estupendo, absolutamente todo el personal con el que tratamos fueron cercanos, impecables en el trato y dispuestos a ayudar con todo. Despuès de cenar nos bajamos a la piscina y sauna, ¡qué instalaciones! De lujo..bien cuidadas... daban ganas de quedarse allí a vivir. Fuimos en octubre que entiendo es temporada baja ..con lo cual la relación calidad/precio fue muy a nuestro favor🔝. Nos encantaría volver👏🤗. Al hacer el check-out Jutta (creo que era su nombre) nos regaló una mermelada, bombones y un par de cafès para llevar (no nos daba tiempo a desayunar allí). Vielen dank!

This was one of the coolest hotel experiences. Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.
