Hotel & Restaurant Dankl is located in the centre of Lofer in Salzburg’s Saalach Valley, only 100 metres from the cable car. Very modern, clean, light and contemporary room. Very helpful and well organized staff. Customer centred. Excellent value for money food. Good portions and delicious. Huge amount of choice at breakfast.

Salzburgerhof Jugend- und Familienhotel is located in Lofer, 800 metres from the Almbahn Cable Car. It offers a restaurant, a sauna, and a steam bath. Good breakfast with great view on terrace. Peaceful surrounding for walk.

Featuring an outdoor pool and a spa and wellness centre, Hotel Vitaloase zu den drei Brüdern is located in Unken, 5 km from the Almenwelt Lofer and the closest ski area. Service excellent, and for some reason they reserved for us a large booth for breakfast and dinner. Location very nice, quiet. Dining room very nice.

Landhotel Kirchenwirt is located near the Chiemgau Alps, 5 km from the German border, in the town centre of Unken. It offers free internet access and a breakfast buffet. excellent staff, quite good location

Offering a restaurant serving traditional regional cuisine and a small spa area including a sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin, the Madlgut is located in Lofer, 1 km from the Lofer Almwelt Ski... Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Quiet room with balcony and great view of the mountains. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to please us. All around great experience.
