Located on a hillside, 4 km from Golling an der Salzach, Stallerhof offers modern rooms with wooden furniture. Free schnapps tastings are provided in the on-site distillery. Everything was perfect! From the room, the staff, the breakfast, the view!!! Also our baby was so excited to see and touch the ponys! Thank you Monika! Highly recommend!

Located in the centre of Kuchl, the garni hotel Wagnermigl is right on the Tauernradweg (bicycle trail) and 20 km south of Salzburg. The garden includes a sun terrace and a children’s playground. The location is next the to train station. I really loved how welcoming and nice the owners were. They also provided a huge glass of sparkling water every day to the guests. They gave useful tipps regarding the restaurants and free time activities.

Located at the entrance to Bad Vigaun, 15 km from Salzburg, Hotel Langwies features a spa area and a bathing pond. This was our favorite hotel across a 10-day holiday. The hotel is on a farm compound. Our children loved seeing the pigs, cows, goats, and other animals up close. We wished we had satiated another day! The hotel is new and comfortable. You feel like a guest at a nice home. The restaurant is exceptional. Would definitely recommend it. Everyone’s meal was exceptional, from the chicken nuggets for our youngest to the excellent jalapeño steak.

Located in the centre of Russbach, Hotel Kerschbaumer is just 400 metres from the cable car into the Dachstein-West Ski Area. It features a sauna and a fossil exhibition. Spacious and comfortable room, great spa area (that is free to use!), lovely staff, superb atmosphere inside and outside of the hotel and for a very good price! You can't go wrong with this choice!

Dating from 1592, this traditional hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of Abtenau, 500 metres from the ski area. The Goldener Stern offers rooms with free WiFi access and free parking. The hotel was easy to reach with public transport, just take bus 470 from trainstation Golling-Abtenau. Our room was very beautiful and modern. The service was excellent. Breakfast was very complete and the diners were great. I have a special dieet and they took great care of me. We really loved our stay here!

Set in Annaberg im Lammertal, 40 km from Eisriesenwelt Werfen, Winterstellgut offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. If you ever find yourself in the area please do yourself a favor and book a room into this amazing place! The guesthouse is outstandigly beautiful the rooms are extra clean and spacious the views to the surrounding nature are to die for and the food is delicious. On top of that each and every member of the staff is very kind helpful and warm hearted people. Special mention to Dominik that welcomed us and made us feel at home. We cannot recommend this place enough! Its one of the best travel experiences we ever had!
