Staff were super helpful. I left one of my Apple Airpod earbuds in my room when I checked out. I sent the hotel an email when I got home. I got a response the next day. The Parkhotel is located right in the centre, 400 metres from the Bad Schallerbach Train Station. It offers lots spa facilities and treatments, free Wi-Fi and free garage parking. Family with two teenagers. we visited bad scharellbach for the thermal park, in which was great as well. this hotel is amazing and most recommended by us. The staff, the food, location , room, spa, etc. everything was just perfect. We enjoed it so much so we chose to come back and stay the last day of the tour in the hotel again.
