Located in the entertainment and dining centre of Townsville, this 4-star hotel features 2 swimming pools, and BBQ facilities. My room is 2 single bed but each bed has good size which is good for big guy (well i am not big) and 2 pillows each. Nothing cooking facilities or microwave, there are refridge & jug, a hotel room which is good enough for short stay. Walk-in bathroom, my window facing empty ground and the city, quiet, clean. I was allowed for early check-in 11.30am 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Palmer Street is known for restaurants/cafes and 3-4 stars hotels so it is definitely safe area.

Rydges Southbank Townsville accommodation is a well-located, luxurious but affordable boutique hotel offering great views over the city, Castle Hill, and the marina. Excellent position to city, walks, restaurants, esplanade.

The Ville Resort - Casino offers modern accommodation with views of the Coral Sea and Magnetic Island. It is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the ferry service to Magnetic Island and central... The room was lovely and neat, tidy and importantly clean. Very comfortable bed as well. The atmosphere in the Casino was excellent and the young guy singing was great. Some very lovely staff.

Hotel Allen offers guests comfortable accommodation with free on-site parking. The bar offers flat-screen TVs for watching sport. Great location! Quiet and clean.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, The Robert Towns offers comfortable rooms with free car parking and Wi-Fi. The property is in a great location, central to everything, but still on the fringe of the CBD, so not so busy. Woolies is just a stones-throw away, which is handy to pick up some steaks to cook in the fantastic BBQ area. The room was comfortable, with everything needed for a comfy stay and a great price. The best thing about the property - the staff. Wonderful owner-manager who was very kind during our stay, and the same goes for the staff working there. Top-level chaps, friendly and chatty. By the way, the swimming pool is awesome.
