The location is perfect, it's right in the middle of Byron but it's so peaceful and tranquil that you'd soon forget that! The style and decor is just beautiful and the staff were fantastic, wish I could have stayed longer. Iv stayed in a lot of so called 5star hotels around the world and to be honest they could learn a lot from the Hotel Marvell. Needed an early check in due to a last minute online business meeting . I called the hotel . The staff were so accommodating. Throughout the stay all the staff were so friendly and Helpful.welcome drink dropped to room after arrival . Room was cleaned daily(twice) food was fresh and delicious. Asked for a late check out again no problem. There was no rushing me out the door to get the next customer in. All in all if I could give a 6 star rating I would.
