Located in Sarina, a few steps from Sarina Beach, Sandpiper Motel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Loved all the yellow! And tropical toiletries. The bed was amasing, great shower. Everything we needed, plates, microwave, fridge etc. And beach across the road!! Saw black cockatoos!! Loved our wee balcony

Situated in Mackay, 200 metres from Far Beach, Ocean International Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Fab hotel. Booked this last minute and was not disappointed. All staff were fantastic & couldn't of done any more for me. Meal was lovely and was handy having the laundry facility there. Mackay wasn't on my intinary to stop but the staff made this an enjoyable stay, and took away from the stress of not being able to reach my original destination of Airlie Beach due to road closures and weather conditions.

Sarina Hotel offers accommodation in Sarina. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant with live entertainment on Friday nights. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I was caught in a massive downpour, and thankfully, only a couple of kms from Sarina. So lucky to get a room at the Sarina Hotel. Met by welcoming staff, offered all kinds of assistance and directed to a lovely room. So comfortable, quiet, tea and coffee available, and most importantly out of the rain. There's a bistro downstairs offering very reasonably priced pub food. Great steak, chips and salad for $14.

Boomerang Hotel is located in Mackay, 4 km from BB Print Stadium Mackay and 4.1 km from Mackay Entertainment & Convention Centre. Staff were great, we were coming in on a late flight and the staff accommodated to this, the cooked the three of us food ready for arrival which was around an hour after the kitchen had closed, the room had a microwave and was clean.

Boasting a restaurant, a bar and a gaming lounge, Rydges Mackay Suites is located in the Mackay Central Business District. Never get upgraded. Thankyou 😀
