All staff were fantastic & couldn't of done any more for me. Meal was lovely and was handy having the laundry facility there. Mackay wasn't on my intinary to stop but the staff made this an enjoyable stay, and took away from the stress of not being able to reach my original destination of Airlie Beach due to road closures and weather conditions.

Dine at the on-site restaurant, enjoy a workout in the fitness centre or have a swim in the outdoor pool at Mantra Mackay. easy parking, great location. I felt safe and the restaurant

I was caught in a massive downpour, and thankfully, only a couple of kms from Sarina. So lucky to get a room at the Sarina Hotel. Met by welcoming staff, offered all kinds of assistance and directed to a lovely room. So comfortable, quiet, tea and coffee available, and most importantly out of the rain. There's a bistro downstairs offering very reasonably priced pub food. Great steak, chips and salad for $14.

Staff were great, we were coming in on a late flight and the staff accommodated to this, the cooked the three of us food ready for arrival which was around an hour after the kitchen had closed, the room had a microwave and was clean.
