Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Sky Island Studios is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Mount Tamborine, 16 km from Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk. The property is set on a beautiful mountainside block with a wonderful view looking across to the Gold Coast. Our room was spacious and decked out with all that we needed. With only four units on the property, we were really able to relax and just enjoy the nature as much as you can when travelling with kids! Jess was a wonderful host, the breakfast she made for us was great, and the kids loved the playroom above the breakfast space. We had a wonderful stay and only wished we had been there a couple of nights more.

Great location near town and the Gallery Walk, a simple minutes drive from Skywalk, Witches walking track, the golf course, and a popular location to watch the sunset over the valley. After 4 nights, we did not want to leave this chalet as it ended up being our favourite accommodation!

Nestled in a quint part of Tamborine Mountain, but near enough to places of interests. The tents are self sufficient and very clean. The owners are on site and are responsive to our enquiries. We met Pam and she was so nice and has been generous with recommendations on places to go and eat around Tamborine Mountain. It has been an amazing experience for me and my family (including 2 young boys).

The wine and cheese plater was a surprise on arrival. The fridge was stocked with choice for breakfast, beautiful fresh produce, beyond expectations. The owners are obviously very proud of their property, the cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We will come back, amazing.
