The breakfast was delicious and service swift.

The best of all was the staff, so welcoming since the moment we arrived until the instant we left. Loved this hotel. Will be back for sure.

El Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof Ghent va renovar les habitacions i les zones comunes a l'octubre del 2018. L'hotel està situat a Gant, a només 500 m del centre històric de la ciutat. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was absolutely amazing. We were given champagne and we ordered room service for the morning breakfast and it was so good! They don't tell you that parking your car in their garage does cost extra on the website, we found out after we got there. They did take our car for us to the garage so we could go check in and not get a parking ticket since they only have 2 unloading zoned spaces in front of the hotel. They were really wonderful telling us about all the amenities and the only time we ever heard from another guest was when they were using the private lift. The food at the restaurants looks amazing, however we didn't eat there because our kids wouldn't have liked anything, but if we are ever in Ghent again on our own we will definitely book again and go to the restaurant.

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and a good location, very good value for the price. The breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty. The staff were absolutely fantastic for us. We were unwell during our stay and they really went above and beyond in looking after us.
