I will also mention Manager Stanimira who was so helpful during our check in and dome misstakes made by booking partner of hotel.She immediately react and fix these in our favour,so that we dont have bad experience with hotel.Once more thank you for everything

The present in the room with the complimentary fruit plate and the personalized message was a big surprise.
