The hotel is built on decades of history, carrying the warmth of the past and promising to beat with the pulse of the present and the... Everything was exceptional! The room, the spa, the restaurant! The outdoor "hot tubs" were the best features by far! We will definitely come back.

The Spa is the reason we went there. Hot 🔥 mineral 💧 water. The Spa facilities are very good. They have few inside pools and some outside. It was Winter with cold 🥶 weather but still one of the mini pool with jacuzzi was working 💪 with fresh hot mineral water. It was amazing experience really. Staff was 👍 OK. Reception man was very polite.

I found this place on booking.com and arrived 20 minutes after booking! Dimitri the manager met and accompanied me in a lovely room with view of the mountains. I enjoyed it here.but wish i had longer to stay.

This is a fantastic accommodation in a quiet place. Iliana, the owner is a unique person. She is very helpful. We had an appartment on the highest floor and I had a backpain. Seems to be incompatible. In most hotels without a lift, it would be the case. But not at Iliana´s place! She did not hesitate a moment to bring our luggage upstairs and the day of departure, she was again there to help. She also prepares any food one wishes, and it was very tasty. Even though she was always busy, Iliana never lost her patience and listened carefully to my "broken" Bulgarian. To cut a long story short, it is worth to stay at Iliana´s place just to get to know her!
