Well functioning shuttle service from and to the airport and also to the sights in the city and nearby. I would definitely stay next time in this hotel.

The location of the property is just amazing. Brunei really lives to its title of “abode of peace” and the staff and this hotel are no exception! both restaurants downstairs (Riaz and the general one) serve amazing Indian and international food respectively. I often would wait to come back fo the hotel for dinner as it was some of the best meals I have ever had. I especially loved how vegetarian friendly they are, so many vegetarian dishes to choose from was such a delight.

The Lady at the concierge called mrs Sydney was very available to organize my taxi trips even when i was outside the hotel. Excellent value for money, very clean.
