The property was beautiful all around - it was hard to decide if I wanted to spend time in the gardens in a hammock or in our room enjoying the view of the water through the window. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and reception had very helpful staff, arranging our laundry, our bus to Puno, and a late check out.

Lucy who served breakfast has a lovely manner and is very polite. I stayed 3 nights and she changed my sheets and towels after the 2nd night which was a lovely touch.

The peacefulness of the place, and the warm welcome and sweet room, I loved it. Francisco took such time with myself and the other guests over (the delicious) supper, explaining about the island and the temple, he even has print outs in English with the information which was really helpful (my Spanish is very basic). A break from wifi was also welcome! As others have mentioned, don’t expect hotel facilities, but the bed is comfortable and warm, the buildings are beautiful and made with love, and for me my visit to Qhana Pacha was one of the highlights of my trip.

We could see the Titicaca lake from bed. The place is comfortable and has a small living room perfect to stay and enjoy. The breakfast is nice and the staff were so nice and kind.
