The stay was excellent: wonderful location, cozy room, delicious breakfast! We highly recommend staying here and thank you very much again for the hospitality, patience (late check in) and for everything!

The Water's Edge Inn & Gallery is located in Baddeck, overlooking the Bras d’Or Lakes. The uniquely decorated rooms have free Wi-Fi access and a cable TV. All the units enjoy a small seating area. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Mainly, the couple that runs the place - Ann and Jeff - are very hospitable and friendly people and go out of their way to please their guests. They also run an art gallery at the same location. Location: Baddeck is a great location for the Cabot Trail and Cape Breton Highlands National Park and is not far from the ferry terminal to Newfoundland at North Sydney. It is a small town where everyone knows everyone and the people are very friendly.
