The lounge was very comfortable. Enjoyed the 2 old Codgers chairs could be paired up by the expresso machine Really enjoyed using the multiple expresso versions while reading some news. The computer access was invaluable for completing some online work needing to be done Easy walking distance to fine restaurants near the hotel. Really enjoyed the adventure play land next door. Staff are 5 star Plus. Very helpful 24/7. Very enjoyable stay

Featuring a shared lounge, bar and views of city, Courtyard by Marriott Nanaimo is set in Nanaimo, 80 metres from Nanaimo Museum. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and staff seemed very concerned that we'd be angry - the place is relatively new and there were a couple of other guests who were engaged in quite aggressive conversations with other staff at the time. Seems like there are some issues that need ironing out. However I have no complaints, we were given a beer each, went to park the car across the street, and by the time I returned the room was ready. Room was perfect, bed was huge, swimming pool was a welcome addition. It was only a layover but would have happily spent another night. I think the staff member who helped us might have been called Vern or something similar. He was a really nice guy.

This Nanaimo hotel offers free WiFi and a daily continental breakfast. A microwave is provided in all guest rooms. Nanaimo town centre is 13 km away. Breakfast included in the room rate was pleasant surprise. Also bottled water complimentary from reception. Although located within a business park the location was convenient for exploring both north and south of Nanaimo, and a few restaurants within walking distance.

Thank you for a wonderfull stay. Fantastic place - nice staff and helpfull. Beutifull service. We look forward to come back later in august.

Only 7 km from Pheasant Glen Golf Course, this beach side hotel is located in Qualicum Beach. Each room is equipped with private terraces and guests have access to the beachfront barbecue. We were upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, the view, the comfort, the location...could NOT have asked for better!!! It was quite cold out, but walked on the beach and caught the Sunset-the surrounding mountains and water views were nothing short of spectacular..!!!
