When we first arrived I realized it wasn’t going to be a normal motel. It had a very small family owned motel feel. It was smaller then your used to motel but I can’t honestly complain about anything and it just had a kind of home away from home feel. I only saw 2 staff, the owner the first day and then the cleaning lady. Stayed 5 nights and every time we went back I was extremely comfortable which I don’t useually have when staying at a motel, after a couple nights I wanna leave but here it was a pleasure to get back to at the end of the day. The staff are superb, and the Guides had encyclopedic knowledge of the local area and the extensive wildlife. Nothing was too much. The lodge really felt like a 'home from home'. So many activites to do - hiking, canoeing, E-biking to name a few.
