We needed a place to stay for the night on our way from Halifax to Montreal, we booked with the Axe b&b last minute and I’m so glad we did. This place is so nice, the room had a great size with a good bed, sofa and diner table with view to the Saint John River, as well a spa/bath. Inside the room there were a mini fridge and a coffee maker, right outside of the room on the same floor there was a microwave which was helpful as we bought our dinner at the grocery nearby and could use the microwave to warm it up. Glasses, cutlery and plates were also provided. The breakfast is delicious and there are some options to choose from. There is also a deck near the river that is only used by the b&b guests, as well a fire pit. The owners are really nice people. We couldn’t ask for more.

Brett and Cindy are just outstanding hosts. Within half an hour we felt we were staying with some old friends We hadn’t seen for a long time. The only way this stay could have been improved was by staying longer ( we had only booked an overnight stopover) . Their house is an a beautiful area

Located 2 kilometres from Woodstock Farm and Craft Market, this New Brunswick hotel offers an indoor pool, a sauna and billiards. All rooms include free Wi-Fi. The staff and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. Ann at the front desk was great and immediately took care of anything I needed help with. My room was very clean with some nice touches of color. Nice breakfast as well. The grounds offered plenty of green space for me to walk my dog. I would stay here again!
