Beautiful hotel, with amazing amenities. Loved the mineral pools. Our room was stunning, with attention to detail. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary, which was much appreciated. Staff were always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Oak Bay Beach Hotel. Located just 3 minutes’ walk from Craigdarroch Castle, this Victoria heritage property offers free laundry facilities located on-site and free WiFi available in all rooms and common areas. From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted by lovely staff Olga/Orla was her name. She showed you round and informed of everything you needed to know. A free international phone for customer use was an added bonus. There is no lift, Orla helped us with our cases…..very strong for a petite girl! The decor in the whole building was exceptional. Nicest place stayed for a long while. Communal area to read, play games, or just relax to the beautiful background music. There are no tv’s in the hotel, but that wasn’t an issue, quite nice really….time to think and plan ahead! We paid extra for breakfast which was cooked fresh. Nice start to the day. 30 minutes walking down one road to Victoria centre and harbour. Would highly recommend.

Stay at the SWIS, located at the foot of Beacon Ave, on the doorstep of Sidney's Waterfront walkway and glass beach. EV charging and very nice staff
